BALANCE UNIVERSITY
10:30am, Beach Library. How’s your balance? Join Chris Williams, author of Balance University, for this Introductory class. Strength, posture, flexibility and balance exercises are pictured and explained to help participants improve their balance. MORNING MEANDER
8am, Lakes Park. This easy walk along clear paths offers an opportunity to view birds in native vegetation with experienced Bird Patrol Guides pointing out the many species in Lakes Park, a birding hot spot. AFTER SCHOOL MATINEE
2:30pm, Beach Library. Showing “Finding Dory” PG. The forgetful blue tang fish searches for her parents and learns about the real meaning of family along the way.

KIDS DOG DAY
2:15-3:15pm, Beach Library. Sign up children for a time slot to read to a dog. Enjoy reading without pressure with the gentle encouragement of Zoe, a soft & fluffy poodle. Pre-register 239-765-8162.
 
SUMMER SPEAKER
5:30pm, Tuckaway Cafe, 2301 Estero Blvd, FMB. Part of the Matanzas Pass Preserve Summer
Story & Speaker Series. Join the Friends of Matanzas Pass Preserve for a casual presentation on a topic of environmental interest. This month hear Terry Cain speak about Lee County Park names. Social begins at 5:30pm with the speaker at 6pm. Free, purchased food and beverages available.
